Reach out to therapists who have experience working with children with apraxia. Be cautious with school staff and school district procedures. School staff may not know the best ways to help with apraxia, and your child might need assistance that not all other students need
Don’t give up! Your child can learn and grow!If others make negative comments about your speech, don’t listen to them. You are trying your hardest, and that’s all anyone can ask of you
Work hard in everything, because it might be harder for you than for other kids. Don’t give up, just keep going.
