Emma Harvey

At twenty-one months old, if you would have told my parents that I would be cheering on the sideline at games, leading my peers by being a part of Dawg Crew (student ambassador program), or working as a tumbling coach for kids, they probably would have been incredulous. Instead of hating my Apraxia, I am grateful for it. Over the years, It has taught me to work hard, be confident, and to persevere through difficult times. I hope when I’m older I can help teach and inspire kids just like me by becoming a speech pathologist.
